One of the leading aspirants for the seat of Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency of Ogun State in the Federal House of Representative, Omoba Segun Adewale, is seriously canvassing for the constituency to have better and quantitative representation in the Lower House of the National Assembly, come 2019.
Speaking in readiness for the flag-off campaign of his
aspiration, Omoba Segun Adewale, popularly known as OSA, said, “over the years
the constituency has been poorly represented and that there is need now for
someone of his caliber, experience and solid political and financial pedigree,
to come out and offer himself for a selfless and qualitative representation,
which the constituents have been yearning for since 1999”
According to the versatile marketing and communication
consultant, who joined politics over a decade ago, ‘’my people have been
suffering from poor and insensitive representation by previous and incumbent occupants
of the exalted seat due to lack of proper voice from the helpless people, they
have been suffering in silence and waiting for a proper representation; someone
who will take them to the proverbial biblical promised land”.
“My people desire a thorough, transparent, visible,
reliable, verifiable and potent representation, come 2019 at the Green Chambers
in the NASS; that is the reason I am offering myself for service,” he added.
Omooba Segun Adewale is campaigning and contesting under the
Accord party in Ogun State. According to him, members of Accord are people
sharing common beliefs and aspirations towards the benefits of the majority of
their constituents.
As a prelude to his vast campaign network, OSA will be
flagging – off his campaign train across the length and bredth of his
constituency, Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency. Preparations are in full
swing to guarantee a hitch free jamboree-like campaign.
