Taking to Twitter, lovers of the apartheid activist have been sharing photos, quotes and wishes for the legendary statement, thereby making him a top trend on Twitter.
May was not left out, as she captioned a photo of the late Mandela thus, “On what would have been his 100th birthday, we remember the incredible legacy of Nelson Mandela, who fought for an end to apartheid and for social justice in South Africa.
