Lagos Politician, Fatee Muhammed, Fetes Muslims at Ramadan

In what has become an annual ritual, the Fatee Muhammed Foundation, is once again extending its charity gestures to Muslims across the Ifako-Ijaiye constituency in Lagos State.

The Foundation being run by politician-cum-businesswoman, Hon. Fatee Muhammed, The Status learnt, will be caring for Muslims in 20 mosques within the two Ifako-Ijaiye constituencies till the end of 2019 Ramadan that starts on Monday, May 6th.

Packs of essential foods have been made ready for distribution across the designated mosques, according to Fatee, who added that the gesture should not be misconstrued as it has been on for years and is a passion that transcends politics.



“This goes beyond politics. It is what we love doing, have been doing and will continue doing. It is meant to assist our Muslim families in the Ifako-Ijaye constituency get through the period of Ramadan with ease as we will be attending to them with meals when they’re breaking fast in the evening for the 30-day period, ” Fatee states.
