It was a gathering of who-is-who in Lagos on Sunday, 7th of April, 2019, when the chairman of Lagos based hospitality outfit, Olanson Hotel, Alhaji Murtala Muhammed Olayori, was turbaned as the ‘Baba Adinnin of Jamraf Islamic Society of Nigeria’.
Olayori, a socialite and philanthropist, was honoured among other notable members, for what the organizers call “his steady support for the development of Jamraf and the Islamic society in general.”
Foremost Islamic speaker, Sheikh Muyideen Salman, the Chief Imam of Offa, delivered lectures at the august occasion.
Fuji music icon, General Kollington Ayinla; movie stars, Lanko, Dejo Tunfulu and other entertainers were on hand to celebrate with the celebrant who is the immediate past president of Silver Club, a Lagos top social club.
